Testimonials
I have been working with Heather little over a year and a half. It has been a wonderful experience. Coming from someone who held onto inner trauma into their 30s it can be scary to address it head on or even admit it's there. Heather did an incredible job working with me in an understanding, compassionate, non-judgmental way through IFS. My life & mind have greatly improved from this work. I have gained coping skills to use in my every day life & relationships. Thank you Heather for the work you do. If you are seeking help you will find solace & patience here.
Paisley
In the same way a ship has an anchor to keep it grounded in a storm, while docked or with light winds, Heather has been that anchor for me. I have been able to express the rage and sadness I am experiencing that feels like a storm, share the wild thoughts of grief and acceptance as she helps me stay docked, and feel my life returning to me like a soft wind.
Heather provides a sense of calm, places no judgment, and gives gentle guidance with consideration to where I am emotionally. She has given me a new understanding of self-work, IFS, and codependency. She has enabled me to persevere and accept the things in life that I just cannot control. With her support, I can now cope with my new future.
